So it's that time of the year the new you and your life! Same meaning as lets make it simple or as my former past instructor would say use the KISS method: Keeping It Short & Simple! As you, I and others should now it's really down to earth common sense and not complicated to do. But it can be because of crappy "thanks a lot for giving me stress" from talking to many and majority of costumer service or representatives of insurances who has poor skills of understanding and lack of communication. So I can totally I understand why people can be angry, bitchy and nasty, even for myself. I have excuses to be a one tough bitch and I don't care if people say full of lies and shit about me when they don't know nothing about me. So, first lets remember be very simple and not materialistic.

 Rule #1: Be simple, declutter all of your surroundings.
To stay in zen is to simplify your life. It's the key to stay in focus while clearing all out of negativity and staying in control. It will make you humble and may benefit your health mentally to physically. So start by organizing, clearing out things and if possible donate what you can. You will reward yourself a simple positive vibes with beautiful smile.

 Rule #2: Stop the Jamba shopping spree.
Sure we the people or more specifically women have tendency to go on the splurge. That's okay if it is once a while and not all the time. If you're a type of person who needs to spend on clothes, shoes, and to a point of spending on things you really don't need; you need help. Otherwise it comes down to being debt and risking your credit history or financially broke. Even if you make tons of money, it doesn't matter it still effects the same result. Straight answer is your morals, keeping up Kardashians doesn't last your youth forever.

 Rule #3: Trying to be Popular is waste of time.
There are one specific reason why I am happy by not being popular. That is Jealousy, which can lead to backstabbing by people who you thought you could trust. If you are proud being so attractive, showing off of what you can do and have a right to claim to be fame where you live or what you do is fine. But note to yourself that you call friends, having more than 300 friends could lead you trouble or effect your credit score and can be a negative impact to yourself. Definition of friend or friends is not a number, it's who you can trust and who will always treat you with respect and T.L.C. Grateful to known many people but you have to show loyalty if you break that perspective or betray then it is officially off and don't bother to harass. Remember KISS method and don't forget to be cool, calm and be confident.

 Rule #4: Be active, alert and sleep like when you were a kid at 9 p.m.
No excuses. Everyone is or will be active when they go to school, work or other activities they're involved in. At the same time, we must not forget our natural psychic or we all say instincts. Being alert will save you from danger, even if you're not sure about it, just go for it and don't turn back. That is why animals are super instinct responders than us humans. Never forget to get enough sleep, it will prevent you from sleep disorders. Getting enough sleep will improves your hormones and mood. Don't use too much on electronics or such as computers, iphones, ipads and etc; for it may interrupt your melatonin your sleep hormone that aides you to sleep well.

 Rule #5: Start eating organic and be moderate at all times.
You are what you eat. Eating plenty of superfoods such as vegetables and fruits will benefit you nutritional needs and to your health. It's better in Organic, why? Because in terms with organic means without any harsh chemical agents such as pesticides, chemical fertilizers, irradiation, food additives, etc. It has been shown in disorders one commonly known for example ADHD found in Harvard study. Moderation is the key to control your guilty pleasures, for women drinking a glass (no more than 1) of Red wine has health benefits. But drinking more than 3 can increase your risk of breast cancer and many other cancer types. A piece of dark chocolate can be good to your heart because of its antioxidants. Remember again, use your research, educate yourself and use your judgement. 

 Also, don't forget to exercise and I don't mean go to the gym and pump those muscles. It's not the physique but feeling good inside because eventually comes out naturally when you reached your goal of your healthy happiness. Try not to stress yourself, unwind for at least 10-15 minutes then get back to your routine. Don't ever do things when you know you can't do it, start by little steps and be ahead even it's early it's better than doing it late. Don't ever let negative criticisms or the rudeness get to you, use your affirmation to simply back off and go on. Meditation can boost your focus and it is perfect tool to shut out your surroundings when you want to be at peace or in a quiet zone. 

 I truly hope that simplicity is the beginning of happiness. Happiness to Kindness, kindness that you leave your own individual impression flawless as it supposed to be.
